Refund Policy

Refund Policy

At tcfilmz, all services are custom, time-based, and creative in nature. As such, refunds are handled under the following terms:

Deposits & Payments

• All deposits are non-refundable.
  Deposits secure booking dates, pre-production planning, and creative allocation.

• Payments made toward completed work, including filming, editing, or consultation time, are non-refundable.

Cancellations

• If a client cancels a project before production begins, any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit may be credited toward a future tcfilmz project, at the sole discretion of tcfilmz.

• If cancellation occurs after production has started, no refunds will be issued.

Editing & Creative Work

• All editing and post-production services are carried out based on tcfilmz’s creative style and professional discretion.

• Dissatisfaction based on creative preference, style, or subjective opinion does not qualify for a refund.

• Reasonable revisions may be offered where outlined in the agreed scope of work.

Delays & Force Majeure

• tcfilmz is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, technical issues, client delays, or acts of God.

• Such delays do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Digital Deliverables

• Once digital files, footage, or final deliverables have been delivered or made available for download, the service is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.

• Clients are responsible for downloading and securing their deliverables within the provided access period.

Exceptional Circumstances

• Refunds outside of this policy may only be considered in rare and exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of tcfilmz.

• Any approved refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and may exclude administrative or processing fees.

Acceptance of Policy

By booking, paying an invoice, or engaging tcfilmz services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy in full.
